My name is Amber Sampson and I am very happy to be a part of the Cologne Bumblebees team.

I myself come from a British-German family background and am therefore very passionate about the perks of growing up in a bilingual environment.

I was born in England, grew up in the north of Germany and did my Bachelor's degree in English Studies and Erziehungswissenschaft with a focus on the early childhood at the University of Cologne. Alongside my studies I gained work experience in different Kindergarten settings and as an Au-Pair in London.

Since May 2016 I have been working in the under 3's group.

In my work with children I am constantly determined to create a warm and loving atmosphere in which each individual child can come to grow and bloom at their own pace.

Especially the creativity that working with young children allows and also requires I regard as very gratifying on a daily basis.
